I run your ads, build your landing pages, fix your tracking, and assemble specialists when the work needs them, all as one connected system. Ten years of growth experience at Amazon Ads, Evolve, and across regulated categories like wealth management, financial services, healthcare, alternative investments, and iGaming that most agencies will not touch.
My goal is one thing, get you more customers. I use content, ads (creative, targeting, and landing pages), and tracking to get you there.
If you are serious about scaling and tired of agency reports that hide more than they show, we will get along.
Personal injury, family, immigration. Cost per qualified lead is the only number that matters here.
Pre-approved leads instead of empty form fills, with speed-to-lead infrastructure built in.
Booked appointments instead of clicks, with treatment-specific funnels that respect compliance.
Project leads in the right budget tier, with cinema-grade content shoots included where it makes sense.
Local lead generation built for high-ticket residential and commercial work.
Compliance-aware lead generation. I have run ads for a $5B AUM wealth firm, so I know the rules.
The number one reason ad spend is wasted is that the ad and the landing page do not match with the targeted audience and their intentions. I build them together, on the same brand, in one workflow, using AI to multiply output without inflating cost.
I review your current ads, landing pages, and tracking on a 30-minute call. You leave with a written diagnosis whether or not we work together.
No template playbook. The plan is built around your specific goal, channels, and constraints. You see exactly what we are testing, why, and what success looks like before we spend a dollar.
Ads, landing pages, tracking, and content are built as one unit. AI is used where it cuts cost and speeds output, including auto-generated landing pages matched to your brand, AI ad creative iterations, and AI video editing that lets us test 50 variations on the budget of 5.
AI-assisted executionReal testing instead of "let it run for 90 days". Bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly reviews are built around your cadence, and decisions are backed by data.
We agree on what growth looks like upfront. If we hit our prequalifications and do not deliver, you get your money back. Pay-on-performance is also available for select engagements.*
Diagnosis of what is working, what is broken, and exactly where to focus first. Yours to keep.
Channels, creative, landing pages, tracking, and tests, all sequenced around your goal.
Built as one unit, on your brand, ready to launch and iterate.
GTM, conversion events, CAPI, and custom audiences. Full pipeline visibility.
Bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly. With insights, not just dashboards.
Prequalifications, success criteria, and refund mechanics. Signed before we start.

I spent ten years building growth at Amazon Ads (BetMGM Fire TV, FanDuel, Bet365, LEGO, Canadian Tire, Toyota), Evolve (Source for Sports, Toyota Service, Skinjectables), and a roster of my personal clients (Alberta Securities Commission, QV Investors, One Bone, Hush Blankets, Thursday, BedRock Detroit, and more).
I started DeepGrows because the agency model is broken for serious businesses. The agency model was built for the 90s. You pay for layers, account managers, strategists, junior media buyers, and designers, most of them never touch your account, and many of them take vendor kickbacks for recommending tools you do not need. By the time decisions reach the people actually running your ads, the original problem is vendor kickbacks and agency revenue, rather than your business goals.
Freelancers solve part of this with direct access and no overhead, but they leave you holding the integration. You manage four people, none of them talk to each other, and you still have to build the strategy yourself.
You should not have to manage four freelancers or sit through pointless QBRs. You need one accountable operator who builds the ad, the landing page, and the tracking, and brings in vetted specialists when the work needs them.
You set the goal, I run the system and report on what matters. When the work needs a specialist (motion designer, copywriter, technical SEO), I assemble the right people. The cadence (bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly) is built around your goals, not mine.
Honest side by side. Pick the one that fits your business.

Everything serious buyers want to know, answered honestly. If your question is not here, the first call is the place to ask it.
An agency gives you layers (account manager, strategist, junior buyer, designer) and most of them never touch your account. A freelancer gives you one person, but you have to manage them and build the strategy yourself.
DeepGrows is one accountable operator who builds the ad, the landing page, and the tracking as one connected system, and brings in vetted specialists when the work needs them. You set the goal, I run the system.
I do. The founder runs your account, every time. When the work needs a specialist (motion designer, copywriter, technical SEO), I bring in vetted operators I have worked with for years. You always know who is doing what, and you always have one point of accountability, which is me.
We agree on success criteria and prequalifications upfront, in writing, before any work starts. If we hit the prequalifications and do not deliver the agreed outcome, you get your money back.
Prequalifications typically include things like agreed ad spend, response time on approvals, and the engagement running for the agreed minimum length. Full terms are in the engagement agreement, signed before we start.
Pay-on-performance is available for select engagements. It works best when there is a clear, measurable conversion event with a known business value (booked appointment, qualified lead, signed client). It is terms-and-conditions-heavy and we work out the structure together on the first call.
Engagements run 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, based on your goal, not my cashflow. A diagnostic engagement is typically 1 month. A growth engagement to scale a single channel is typically 3 to 6 months. Full-system engagements are 6 to 12 months.
The goal is to understand your business, your goals, your history, and your current resources. After the call, I look into your accounts and come back to you with an action plan tailored to where you want to go. The written diagnosis is yours to keep, whether or not we work together.
The cadence is built around your business, not mine. Most clients prefer bi-weekly check-ins with monthly written reports and a quarterly strategic review. If you prefer monthly only, that works. If you want weekly during a big launch, that works too.
Yes, that is a specialty. I have ten years of experience across wealth management, financial services, healthcare, alternative investments, and iGaming. These are categories most agencies will not touch, because the compliance, platform policy, and creative restrictions are unfamiliar to them.
That is fine. A meaningful number of my engagements start from zero. We build the foundation (offer, audience, landing pages, tracking, first creatives) before scaling spend. The diagnostic call still applies.
Yes. White-label execution for marketing agencies is a meaningful part of my work. For in-house teams, I plug in as a fractional growth partner where you need senior expertise without hiring full-time. We figure out the right structure on the first call.
The goal of the first call is to understand your business, your goals, your history, and your current resources. After the call, I will look into your accounts and come back to you with an action plan tailored to where you want to go.
