Money-Back Guarantee &
Performance Pay
The following outlines how our Money-Back Guarantee and Performance Pay models work. These are provided as a knowledge base only and will vary on a case-to-case basis.
Acceptance into these models is limited, and not all clients will be eligible for either or both.
Money-Back Guarantee
If we don't hit the results we promised, you get your management fees back. All of them. We don't keep a dollar.
How it works
- Target results are proposed and agreed upon mutually before the contract is signed. Nothing is locked in without either party's sign-off.
- We also agree on the conditions required to hit those results. This could include creative assets, content, targeting strategy, budget minimums, or other factors depending on your business.
- All conditions are written into the contract so both sides are accountable.
- If we miss the promised results and all conditions were met on your end, you receive a full refund of management fees, effective immediately.
- Ad spend is excluded. That goes directly to the platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), not to us.
When the guarantee is voided
If any of the agreed conditions are not met on the client's side, the guarantee is cancelled. This protects both parties. We can only deliver results if the agreed foundation is in place.
Performance Pay
Our performance pay model is custom-built for your business. There is no one-size-fits-all formula. How we structure it depends on your industry, target audience, creative approach, and your business's revenue patterns.
What we're open to
- Equity arrangements
- Return on profit models. Profit = Revenue generated - Ad spend. We take a percentage of that.
- Hybrid structures combining base + performance
What we invest
We take on the cost of integrating our systems with your business to support the performance pay model. That is on us, not you.
How it's structured
- Every performance pay engagement starts with a deep understanding of your business model.
- The structure is proposed, negotiated, and locked in before any work begins.
- Terms are specific to your business, not a template.
