Content creation, Meta and Google ad infrastructure, automated booking capture, and offline conversion tracking - built from zero, resulting in a 67% increase in high-ticket bookings at 4.8x ROAS.
Face Sculptor is a premium medical aesthetics clinic with locations in Mississauga and Oakville, offering high-ticket cosmetic procedures including dermal fillers, PDO thread lifts, and clinical skin treatments to patients across the GTA. When the engagement began in April 2026, the clinic had no video content, no paid advertising history, and no acquisition infrastructure beyond word of mouth and basic static imagery - which meant that despite the quality of their clinical work and the premium positioning of their services, they were not reaching high-intent patients willing to invest in the procedures the clinic specialized in, and the bookings they were generating were inconsistent in both volume and ticket value.
The two problems compounded each other in a way that is common at this stage for clinics with strong clinical reputations but underdeveloped marketing infrastructure. Without video content, there was no way to build the trust-based brand presence that converts cold audiences in a high-consideration category like medical aesthetics, where patients research providers carefully before committing to a premium procedure. Without paid infrastructure connected to real booking data, there was no mechanism to reach high-intent patients in the GTA at the moment of purchase intent or to train the algorithm on what a genuine high-value booking actually looked like. And without an automated follow-up system connected to the booking software, even the leads that came through organic channels were being lost to faster-responding competitors before they could confirm a consultation.
The starting point was producing the video assets that did not yet exist. We went into the clinic and scripted, directed, and edited cinematic short-form video content built around Face Sculptor's specific procedures, clinical results, and patient experience in the Mississauga and Oakville market. Every asset was produced to serve two purposes simultaneously - deployed natively as organic Reels to build local brand authority with the clinic's target audience across the GTA, and converted directly into Meta ad creatives to reach cold audiences with the same production quality that was already performing organically. Because the same assets served both channels, the brand presence patients encountered organically was identical to what reached them through paid media, which eliminated the disconnect between how the clinic presented itself and how it advertised.
Ad accounts were set up from scratch across Meta and Google, each built around a distinct role in the acquisition funnel. Meta campaigns ran the video assets against audience profiles matched to Face Sculptor's target patient demographic across the GTA, using cinematic procedure content to build awareness and trust with cold audiences before serving conversion-focused follow-up creative to warmer segments. On Google Search, campaigns were built exclusively around high-intent, procedure-specific keywords tied to the Mississauga and Oakville market - capturing patients actively searching to book premium cosmetic procedures rather than generic aesthetic queries that attract price-sensitive browsers unlikely to convert at a premium price point. Ad copy and landing pages were matched to the specific procedure being searched, so the experience from search to click to page was consistent and conversion-focused throughout.
To close the lead decay gap, lead forms and landing page submissions were connected directly to Face Sculptor's existing booking software via automated webhooks. The moment a prospect submitted their information, an immediate SMS and email nurture sequence fired automatically, capturing the booking before the lead had time to research competing clinics or simply move on. Offline conversion tracking was configured alongside this to feed completed consultation data back to the ad platforms rather than just lead form submissions, training the algorithms on real booking behavior and shifting spend progressively toward the patient profiles most likely to book and show up for a high-ticket procedure.
By tracking ad spend directly against completed clinic consultations rather than lead counts alone, the feedback loop between creative performance and booking quality became visible and actionable. The video hooks and content styles driving the highest-value patients were identified through this data and continuously recycled back into the paid ad accounts, compounding performance over time as the system accumulated months of clean consultation-level conversion data to optimize against. The result was a booking calendar consistently filled with high-ticket filler and thread-lift patients, a 4.8x return on ad spend sustained across the engagement, and a 22% reduction in cost per acquisition as the creative iteration process matured and the algorithm learned precisely which patient profiles to prioritize across the Mississauga and Oakville market.
